Our Commitment

At Build Hawkers, we have a simple return & refund policy. We stand by the products sold and offer a "no questions asked" replacement for quality issues.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted up to 24 hours after delivery in the following cases:

Any type of quality issues. We offer immediate replacement.

Any damaged or missing product reported at the time of delivery.

Please Note

No returns are accepted for cases where there are no issues with the product but it may have been misordered or excessively ordered at your end. The return policy is only applicable if the product packaging is unopened and unused.

Processing Refunds

Refunds are processed immediately back to the original source of payment or provided as Build Hawkers store credits, as per your preference. Typically, bank transfers may take 5-7 business days to reflect.
